Most of your baby teeth come out on their own but sometimes they won’t come out. Sometimes if baby teeth haven't come out and they have to they will get pulled out by the dentist. Sometimes if a baby/you have somehow tinkered with nature when you were born your molars might get replaced by new molars. (Don’t say am lying, it’s happening to me right now o).
