The Assembly planned to start at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, but that was delayed, Republicans had planned to start debate Tuesday, but Assembly Speaker Jeff Fitzgerald says they held off beginning debate until Wednesday after the Supreme Court ruled on the collective bargaining issue.
